Community Services Advisory Committee

THAT the order of the agenda be approved as presented.

THAT the February 6, 2019 Community Services Advisory Committee meeting minutes be adopted as presented.

THAT the committee declare the nominations for chair closed.

THAT the Committee declare Mr. David Stek Chair for the Committee.

THAT the appointment be for one year only.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee appoints Mr. Ross Ellsworth as the Chair for meeting of March 6, 2019.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee accept the report of Entrance Signs from the Director of Marketing, Arts and Communication, with the amendment that Petrolia Enniskillen Fair Board not be considered a Service Club.

THAT Service Clubs be the first signage to appear on the Town signs.

THAT the balance of the available space in the signs be post-poned to the next Community Services Advisory Committee meeting in April.

THAT the March 6, 2019 Community Services Advisory Committee meeting be adjourned to April 3, 2019.
