THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee agenda be approved as presented.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee minutes be approved as presented.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee recommend and propose the placement of 4 signs at the following parks: Kerr Park, Greenwood Park, YMCA Park, and Woodland Park.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee supports the placement of bee and tick signage in parks and areas of naturalization.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee direct the Secretary to send a thank you note to Clive Barry for the painting of the Town logo at the tennis courts at no cost to the Town, AND THAT the tennis schedule be posted at the courts.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee direct the Secretary to circulate the point form list of recommendations to all committee members.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee support the 2021 summer students and their placement around Town parks.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee receive and file the Events plan.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee adjourn until the next meeting in July or at the call of the Chair.
