Petrolia's 150th Anniversary Committee

That the agenda be approved as presented.

That the minutes from the November 13, 2019 meeting be approved as presented.

That the committee decide at the next meeting the final designs of the front of the coins. Secretary, Laurissa Ellsworth to bring the list and images for discussion.

That Secretary, Laurissa Ellsworth, bring suggestions and options to the next meeting.

That public surveys begin in the late spring/early summer of 2020, digital and in print, and that the committee help with canvassing for opinions at the Farmers' Market and potentially other areas of Petrolia and at Town Events.

That committee members will bring suggestions for the public survey back to the March meeting.

That the February 5, 2020 meeting of the Petrolia 150 Committee be adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
